Masterclass on “Sales in Jumis”
|
Objective of the masterclass: To learn how to organize sales and inventory accounting in the Jumis Inventory module.
In the masterclass, we will prepare the inventory module and items for sales, create price and discount catalogs, process sales and returns, write off goods, create and customize reports on sales and inventory movements, and review the most common errors that affect accurate inventory accounting.

Preparing the inventory module and items for sales:
- Warehouse catalog and default document settings;
- Automatic numbering of sales delivery notes;
- Item card information used in sales.

Price catalog and discounts:
- Price types, item price catalog, special price for a partner;
- Calculating the catalog price from the purchase delivery note price;
- Importing the price catalog from Excel;
- Discounts for items and partners, discount validity period.

Sales:
- Creating a sales delivery note;
- Using item price and discount catalogs;
- Adding items using the FIFO method;
- Adding an item by selecting it from a specific purchase document;
- Entering an additional code, certificate, expiry date, and other information, including importing it from the purchase document;
- System reports on sales and creating a custom sales report.

Writing off goods:
- Creating a goods write-off document;
- Accounting value of the goods being written off;
- Written-off goods in reports.

Return of sold goods:
- Creating a return delivery note for sold goods;
- Sales price, purchase price, and accounting value of the returned goods;
- Returns of sold goods in reports.

Most common errors affecting accurate inventory movement accounting:
- An item is in stock but cannot be sold (incorrect unit of measure, the item is reserved, or it is located in another warehouse);
- The cost of goods sold is zero;
- Stock balances are negative.
